Relaxation Lab 5: Stretching English & Espanol Lesson Plan (Grades 4-5) Let’s try out some relaxation techniques and find out what you think about a stretching progression! Students follow along with the video and then rate their experiences on the attached template. Template 2 has a teacher example in English & Spanish. Template 3 has more stretching progression examples .
