EXTENSION IDEAS: Student Riddle Creation: Ask students to create their own “What Shape Am I?” riddle using a shape from the flexcard. They record themselves reading the clues and classmates guess the answer. Compare Two Shapes: Students choose two shapes from the flexcard and describe how they are similar and different using properties (e.g., “Both have 8 vertices but one has flat faces and the other has a curved surface”). Real-World Connection: Have students find an object at home or school that matches one of the shapes in the flexcard and describe its features using correct terms.
