Teacher Directions: The teacher brings each student to the desk and individually assesses their ability to identify the shapes. For each shape, the teacher asks the student to identify it. The teacher then moves the YES or NO choice into the answer box to record the student’s response. Students complete multiple choice questions that are automatically graded.
